The Election

How in the world is Joe Biden going to have time to be the vice president and take care of his family? I'm not sure he has his priorities in the right order. Oh right, he's a man and that is a silly question.

The left-wing media will try to destroy Sarah Palin with allegations, mere allegations, that she abused her power in removing a public employee from his office, or that she neglects her family, or that she has no experience, or that she did not really give birth to a new born child because it was all a cover up of her own daughter's prior pregnancy (which by now should have obviously been dispelled). It's always tough when you're a true reformer.  Everyone questions you and you're opened up to attacks because the establishment does not want to see CHANGE.  So I'm not surprised that the left has resorted to these tactics.  If the liberals want to debate about experience, then let's go.  The Republican #2 is more qualified than the Libs #1.  "Managing" 2,500 campaign employees does not qualify you to be President.  I would like to know what decisions Barry Obama has ever made regarding "campaign management" other than deciding which phrases to use in a speech or which set designer to go with on designing the Barackopolis.   As a side note, they did decide to use Britney Spears set designer.  So to the Obama campaign's credit, they did make a wise choice in choosing a set designer with a proven track record.  But I digress.

As I write this, ABC News is playing "Troopergate" tapes of God knows who talking to God knows who about God knows what, all the while innocently flashing to a prop of a tape recorder sitting on a desk, with the light dimmed so as to lead the viewer to believe that Sarah Palin is some kind of a dark, criminal, or that ABC has mystically found the "smoking gun."  The conversation that is being played is not offered in any context and the viewer is not offered an explanation describing what the discussion on the tapes pertains to.  But the excerpts do contain some lines that I imagine would lead the more gullible viewer to believe that Sarah Palin is somehow corrupt.  Fine work ABC.  I can't wait to see Charlie Gibson ask John McCain the tough questions, such as whether or not Sarah Palin was picked for political reasons over the best interest of the country.  Or the classic, "was she 'vetted' properly John?  And does that show a lack of good decision making if she was not?"  Fine, fine work.

It's also amusing that ABC decides to air this segment immediately after Palin's home run of an acceptance speech.  I guess this is the media's attempt to step on any kind of a "bounce" that the McCain-Palin ticket would get out of tonight's activities.  I hate to tell the liberals, but it's not going to work.  Sarah Palin is resonating with average folks, yes those famous gun-clinging folks, all across the country and tonight she only strengthened her appeal.

But back to the Lamestream media.  They won't ask why Barry Obama is associated with radical reverends or domestic unrepentant terrorists.  That will all be ignored so that the chosen one will be elected.  They won't ask why he had opponents removed from the ballot in his first run for state senator, legitimately or not.  They won't ask a damn thing about this guy, who's political accomplishments amount to a couple of great speeches and autobiographies.  The media complains because they did not get to "vet" (which I thought was short for veterinarian until now) Sarah Palin like they traditionally do, or they question if John McCain "vetted" her properly.  Yet they still refuse to ask Obama the hard questions.  Why are you associated with a radical terrorist?  Why was Marc Ewell removed from the ballot in the 1996 Illinois State Senate run? (If you have Westlaw or Lexis access, search Illinois cases by name "Obama"; the cited case does not offer much of an explanation).  And that my friends is just despicable media coverage given the treatment that Sarah Palin has had to endure. 

Don't let the angry left and the left-wing media poison your mind.  If elected, Apollo Obama will destroy this country and leave the American people to pick up the pieces.  John McCain might have voted with George Bush 90% of the time, but so did almost every other Republican.  What does that say about John McCain, that he is a Republican?  Well thank God for that revelation.

The left would have us believe that voting with your party, who after all shares more common ideals with you than does the other side, is somehow derisive or poisonous.  Let us not forget that Apollo votes with his party 97% of the time.  So I guess that means that real change actually means extinguishing the poisonous Republicans, because after all Barack is never wrong, and that must mean that Republicans are never right.  If we can just get rid of the Republicans, then we can have real bi-partisan politics, because Libs and Dems will be able to get things done with those pesky right-wingers out of the way.  Thus, in a convoluted way Apollo is poisoning the minds of the American viewer that doesn't know any better. 

If only the Lefties could see that the real poison comes from their opposition of almost any good idea if it is a Republican idea.  Bad for America, Good for Dems.  Apollo may be an eloquent speaker.  He might be a great orator.  But so was Hitler.  Just saying...

If you believe in free-market economies, lower taxes, energy independence, a strong defense, the right to life, or the right to decide for yourself what is best for you and your family rather than the government, vote for John McCain.  Vote for a man that never waivers in his devotion to country, and always puts the USA first.  Vote for JOHN MCCAIN.
